This took me a looong time. It's inspired by Norman Rockwell's 'Day in The Life of a Boy' (look it up on google!). The basic idea was that I would show a boy's day with moments and situations in which he'd be daydreaming (while still showing evidence of the real world). I tried to use his daydreams to show how he would feel about different moments of his day. I'll admit it might be a bit challenging for a normally unimaginative, non-artistic audience, but I did my best to string together his fantasies using thematic and visual cues, so it makes some kind of sense. Tell me what you think!
Bonus points to anyone who can name the all the shoutouts to the classic artists/illustrators & fairytales I used!
and those are the things that make reality bearable
God, I think I should learn something from this xD.
